
XPeng to Launch Robotaxis and Humanoid Robots with In-House AI Chips
Chinese electric vehicle maker XPeng announced plans to launch its autonomous ride-hailing service, or robotaxis, in Guangzhou by the second half of 2024. The company also revealed that it is developing humanoid robots and is working on its own artificial intelligence chips.

XPeng's robotaxi service, branded as "XPeng City Pilot," will begin operations in Guangzhou. The company aims to expand the service to other major cities in China following its initial launch. Humanoid Robots and AI Chip Development
In addition to its automotive ventures, XPeng is venturing into the development of humanoid robots.
